OUR WORKING PROCESS

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

After you have contacted us, we schedule an initial consultation. At this stage we will get a better understanding of client’s needs, budget and expectations.

The purpose of the meeting is to gather all the information needed to create an outdoor space that would complement and enhance your home and living.

2. MOOD BOARD AND FEE PROPOSAL

We will prepare for you a mood board and a fee proposal.

The mood board will contain design details, colour schemes and textures that will reflect the needs and requirements of your future garden.

3. SITE SURVEY

After the project fee it’s approved and the deposit it’s made we come on site. At this stage we will take the needed measurements and soil analysis in order to get the designing process started.

If the space requires, a topographical survey will be arranged on your behalf.

4. DESIGN PROCESS

This is were the fun begins!

Having gathered all the requirements, must have’s and details based on the initial consultation with you and the site survey we can start designing.

We will present to you 2 design options with 3D renders and 3D walk through videos so you can visualize more easily the desired space. Having 2 design options gives you the freedom to decide and choose the one you like the most or mix elements from both.

After we have agreed on the design and we make the required changes we will move to the next chapter.

5. TENDERING

During this stage we prepare the final design package with construction details, plant details and material samples are presented to you.

6. CONSTRUCTION PROCESS BEGINS!

AND THIS IS WHERE THE REAL FUN BEGINS!

At this stage the team will come on site and start the works. While we will be outsourcing the garden furniture, plants and decorations to complete the garden design.
